"The BEST Insurance team in Humboldt County! I worked here. I have been a licensed agent and underwriter for 20 years, and Scott Hammond State Farm was an incredible and memorable part of my career. The team is completely focused on taking care of their costumers and provide excellent service. The agents and staff are not only kind and easy to deal with, but ethical and trustworthy. The office manager, Agent Jaymi, puts so much effort into making sure the customers understand what they are paying for and what their options are. Jaymi and Scott are excellent employers as well. "Who would volunteer to go to their agent for a review of their policies? Well, I did… Reluctantly. But I’m so glad I sat down with Jason to look at both car policies, where he made some changes to save me money, as well as my homeowners policy where he also Made a change that would save me a lot of money in the tragic event if I should have to replace my house. I did not know that State Farm offers medical supplemental. Even there where I do not have a State Farm policy, he enlighten me about information that will save me $77 a month on my current policy with a different company. He was very generous with his time and patient with my wanting to be sure I understood what he had explained to me. I am grateful for the beneficial adjustments that he made, and the money that I am saving. I would recommend State Farm and Jason to my friends and family."
